I will always remember Sis. Raphael´s faithfulness. She was clearly a role model trying to live a Christian life.
Her memory continues to inspire each day. Her family can rest assure that she is resting in peace

My sincerest condolences to the Raphael Family. Sis. Raphael was always focused on what was best for the church. Working with her on the church history and her wedding anniversary program gave me an opportunity to get to know her better. She was truly an amazing woman of God. She will be sorely missed - our loss is Heaven´s gain. RIP my sister and friend.

I share fond memories of Sis Raphael welcoming my 2 children, Shawn & Shermaine Scotland, into her home every Saturday afternoon, accompanying their late grandma, Sis Charmain Scotland. Both ladies were instrumental in helping me raise them in the way of the Lord. To Sam and the rest of the family, accept our condolences and may God provide you all, especially dad, with that surreal peace the exceeds our understanding and that an inner joy will surmount as time goes by as you acknowledge that mom is resting peacefully in the bosom of our Savior...God bless!

Mom Martha, as our kids in the Valmond family fondly referred to Martha, will be missed for her ready smile, generous heart and strong sense of family. On behalf of the Valmond family I wish to extend sincere condolences to the entire Raphael and Micheal families. May she Rest In Peace!

Mrs. Raphael was always an inspiration to many of us while at St. Dunstan´s Episcopal School on St. Croix, USVI. She had a special gift of caring, guiding and realizing when others didn´t and up lifting many students in their time of need. God bless the entire family. God has certainly gained an Angel.

After hurricane Hugo many years ago, when I went back to St. Croix, I visited auntie Martha. In that different situation of many broken houses and unusual chaos, it was my first time as an adult to have a long, meaningful talk about life and values. She shared with me her perspective and value of having, building and protecting family. From that point forward, we always had warm and close conversations that made me feel that she valued me. Her legacy in me is to demonstrate and instill that value in others of our dear family.
Auntie Martha will be missed. Her conversations and values will continue to live on.
