Though it was Washington Montessori School that brought the Schindhelms and Webbers together, Martha and I shared many things. One memory that brought laughs over the years was the time I helped Martha drive Joanna to college. The only room we could find was the honeymoon suite in a neighboring town. Miss you and love you always Martha.

Since my message of condolence was lost, I´m writing to say how sorry I am for the loss of Martha. She had been a good and faithful friend. We were shocked and saddened by the news of her passing. Our families spent a lot of time together, from the Montessori years and swim club to the many dinners together. We have such fond memories of Martha, Bob, Joanna and Jessie. Martha will be missed so much. Our hearts go out to all of you.
Love,
Ginny Habbas

I just found out about Martha and I am deeply saddened. The last Email I got was in late January and I didn't think she sounded like her usual self. We were friends at Pace Academy and although we lost touch for a while we had a great time remembering things over the last ten years. I will miss her greatly. My thoughts and prayers are with her family. With deepest affection, Michael Jerome

My wife and I were fortunate years ago to meet and become friends with Martha and Bob years ago in the Bahamas. Martha was a special and caring friend who will be greatly missed by us.

Dear Bob, I was so sorry to read this news. And it brought back many memories of conversations and meals with Martha and Ward and family gatherings of Roses and Paffords. Loved also once or twice actually connecting in New York. Love and prayers to you and to the girls and all your family. Margaret Rose

I enjoyed spending a memorable holiday evening with Martha and Bob a couple of years ago, when they were visiting Joanna. She was lovely and we had fun! Sincerest condolences to the family. Heather Hill
