Mrs. Martha Tomlin Watkins, age 89, of Chapel Hill, TN formally of Franklin, TN passed away Friday, October 13, 2023. Martha loved visiting the mountains in Gatlinburg and traveling around to watch the Primitive Quartet.
Martha is survived by her loving sons, Buddy (Jeannie) Tomlin, Paul (Lisa) Tomlin and Jerry (Anna Marie) Tomlin; stepdaughter, Sheila Harper; sisters, Shirley Thompson and Stella Jenkins; brother, Charles Glenn; twelve grandchildren and twelve great grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her first husband, Buddy Tomlin and second husband, Robert Watkins.
Visitation with the Tomlin family will be held 11:00AM until 1:00PM Tuesday, October 17, 2023 with funeral services beginning at 1:00 PM from the chapel of Lawrence Funeral Home with Jamie Pratt officiating. Burial will follow at Williamson Memorial Gardens in Franklin, TN. Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Gentiva Hospice for the wonderful care they provided Mrs. Tomlin.
