Martin Robert Wacker

We were sorry to learn about the passing of Marty. When I was younger he used to stay at our house in New London. In 1982 I ran into him in Stevens Point while I was in college. Although we last saw each other at my father´s funeral in New London in 2002, I always considered him to be a great guy. Sorry this is late, but I just found out about it today when I looked him up on line. Our condolences to his family and the Wacker family.

My heartfelt sympathy to you all! It was wonderful to see Marty last November (and Dennis and Jim, too). I'm just sorry I didn't know him better, having been one of the younger cousins.

Marty was one of those rare guys that everyone liked. I was lucky enough to chase fish many times with him. He was always the level headed voice of reason even when he was getting outsmarted by muskies. I really miss him. Bob Randall
