Martyn Burns Obituary
Martyn B. Burns, age 36, passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, May 24, 2015 at Theda Clark Medical Center. He was born in Rockford, IL the son of Russell Burns and Marjorie (Duel) Williams. He graduated from Oshkosh West High School. Martyn enjoyed working for Gulfstream as a painter. He enjoyed working with electronics and working on cars, especially muscle cars. His joy in life was his daughter. Martyn loved watching her play sports and they would go snowmobiling in winter.
Martyn will be missed by his loving daughter, Ellie and her mother, Sondra Rasor; his parents, one sister, Kelly Burns-Therrian and her children: Seth and Cassandra; two brothers, Cary Burns and Rusty (Wendy) Burns and their children: Samantha and Reagan. He is further survived by numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Funeral service will be at 6:00pm on Thursday, May 28, 2015 at Konrad-Behlman Funeral Homes-Westside, 100 Lake Pointe Drive with Pastor John Worzala Dumke officiating. Friends and family may visit at the funeral home from 5:00 pm until the time of service.

I met Martin about 20 years ago. He was such a sweet, young man. I am deeply saddened by his passing away. My deepest sympathies to his family, Sandy, and especially to Ellie.
