Mary Lou Adams

So often I remember my friend Mary Lou. We met at the YMCA in St. Catharines and enjoyed a friendship for almost 8 years. She was lively, fun, passionate, encouraging and down to earth. I often ponder our times together exercising, talking and sharing laughter and tears. She loved her family and her friends, her passion knew no limits. When someone leaves us the best way to honor them is to recall the memories. In that way Mary Lou lives on always in my heart. She was a beautiful person and I look forward to seeing her again one day in Heaven. <3
