Nana, I will miss you and will always love you. Thank you for being such a loving, caring, sweet and funny grandmother! You always made me feel warm and comfortable in your presence. I know you are now with Papa. One of our last conversions was about dreams & how you and papa spent time together in them. Now the dream is over and I know you both are together holding each other tight. So until I see you again, take care and I love you.

"A Wonderful Grandmother"

We had a wonderful grandmother,
One who never really grew old;
Her smile was made of sunshine,
And her heart was solid gold;
Her eyes were as bright as shining stars,
And in her cheeks fair roses you see.

We had a wonderful grandmother,
And thats the way it will always be.
But take heed, because
Shes still keeping an eye on all of us,
So lets make sure
She will like what she sees.

We will miss you every day mom. You had a zest for life and loved living it. You were a survivor from the time you were a little girl as evidenced by standing on breadlines for your family, quitting school to help with your immigrant parents, volunteering and raising money for those less fortunate so they can have a chance at life. You lived on your own at 80 years old and who knew you would be so resourceful and independent at that age??? With age I learned You were more like our grandmother, your mother which truly was an inspiration and admiration. It gives us great comfort to know that you lived the last few years enjoying your life the way you wanted to. We love you. Love, Michele and Rich
