Ater all these years we think of Chris and also Dick often, Those wet behind the ears kids they helped in 1956 speak of them often. Now we are 80 and 83 years old. We had our 63rd anniversary in July. they were a special part of our life. Thankful to God for the blessing of having known them. Lavon and Glyna Lile

Aunt Chris' compassion and love is her legacy. She was such a beautiful person inside and out that helped everyone put in her path. She loved people and everyone that ever had the honor of meeting her loved her. I love her very much and am so thankful for having her in my life.

To all Chris's family, Your Mom and Dad were not only a frindly face but also family to a very young, wet behind the ears , newly married couple in 1956- 1958. We lived on the corner of Hudson Ave. & 36th St. ,so close to Bell Rd. I did some baby setting with you children and made Barbie clothes for Lana,s dolls. You Dad help Lavon with reparing brust pipes(your Dad did the work, Lavon watched & learned).Chris loved to hear Lavon sing and he loved singing for them. I think of those days so often. Your Mom's support was so important to a "girl from the country that was all of 17 years old". She and your Dad have always been one of our favorite memories from the 2 years we spent in the "Big City" Love to all of you. She was such a precious person. Lavon and Glyna Lile, Metcalfe Co.

To all the Bell family, I am sorry for your loss. I lost my Mother this past July so I know what you must be going through. May she, and all of you find peace. I see she died on Buzz's birthday. That will be an extra sad day to remember.
