We were stunned and completely saddened about the passing of Mary-Beth. She was a much loved niece and we were always impressed with her caring spirit, especially for her Mom. She was a wondweful Mother herself and very proud of her girls. She will be missed by all.

My deepest condolences to Mary-Beth's daughters, mother, family and friends. As a co-worker, I witnessed Mary-Beth's passion and dedication toward the work that she performed, both in protecting the benefits of participants, as well as protecting the rights of the employees within the office. She is gone from us way too soon and will be missed. May you find comfort in the wonderful memories you share.

Cousin Mary Beth's passing is as untimely as it was for her father Donald. I am saddened, but will remember her sense of humor, warm personality and dedication as a loving mother to her girls.

I have known Mary-Beth since Lee and Hubbard, and have had the great privilege of reconnecting with her on Facebook. It breaks my heart that the sweet, funny person I knew, is gone. My deepest sympathy goes out to the Budzinski and Nolan Families. May God bless you and give you strength, and eventually peace, through this difficult time.

To Mary Beth's loved ones - I am so terribly sorry for your loss. I worked with Mary Beth and sat next to her for several years when I first started at EBSA. She was kind and helpful, and I really enjoyed getting to know her. She was so proud of her daughters! I know she was a wonderful mother. On top of that, she is one of the special people who truly made a difference in this world and will leave a legacy, between her dedication to her job, to the union, and to workers around the country. She will not be forgotten.

I AM SADDENED BY THIS NEWS AND MY THOUGHTS AND PRAYERS GO OUT TO MARY-BETH'S FAMILY AND FRIENDS! AS A CLASSMATE OF MARY-BETH FROM LEE SCHOOL WE SHARED MANY FOND MEMORIES AND AT A LEE SCHOOL REUNION A FEW YEARS AGO WE WERE ABLE TO RESUME OUR FRIENDSHIP! SHE WAS SO PROUD OF HER DAUGHTERS AND HER POLISH UPBRINGING, BEING A POLE MYSELF WE SHARED MANY STORIES! I REMEMBER A MONTH AFTER THE REUNION AT 115 BOURBON STREET I UNDERWENT OPEN HEART SURGERY, AND AS I WAS DOING MY REHAB(WALKING)OUTSIDE BY WESTLAWN PARK, SHE MUST HAVE SAW ME WITH MY MOM, AND SENT ME A MESSAGE OF ENCOURAGEMENT VIA A FACEBOOK MESSAGE! WE HAD JUST REUNITED AT THE REUNION A FEW MONTHS PRIOR AND SHE WAS SENDING ME WORDS OF ENCOURAGEMENT! i WILL NEVER FORGET THAT! SHE WAS ONE SPECIAL LADY! IT WILL NOT BE THE SAME WITHOUT MARY-BETH WALKING AMONG US.

To the family of Mary Beth, my heartfelt condolences goes out to you. Mary-Beth and I worked together for years she will truly be missed throughout our office. It is going to be strange not to see her working in her cubicle but she has now completed her work down here on earth. She can rest with a smile on her face for a job well done. We don't have to worry about her because I believe she is truly in a better place.
To her daughters I know it will be hard to go on without her but always remember the good times that you shared. Just because she is gone physically does not mean she is gone spiritually. She will always be with you. It is hard now but each day will get a little bit easier. So, just keep looking up and smile because you know where your mother is.

Words cannot express how sad I am about the passing of my friend/coworker Mary Beth Nolan. She was very passionate about preserving the fairness of our workplace. She was our attorney among attorneys and she was someone that always would just listen. I am going to miss you tremendously and I know you are in heaven awaiting your next case. May God be with the family. I am going to leave her a little poem.
The lord does no wrong and he has taken you home. We will miss your face in the workplace. To God be the glory, We know your story. You were the rock that kept the papers from flying and now you are the angel that has us crying. Until we see you again, I just want to say amen.
To her daughters, be strong and your mom was an amazing woman.
