My heart was broken to learn of Mary's passing. I was her therapist from St. Mary's at Home after she broke her hip. She and I hit it off from day one. We shared recipes, pictures, she gave me starts off her aloe vera, waxy hanging plant (by the kitchen sink) and a start from a little flower outside by the back sidewalk. How she loved her kids, grandkids and great grandchildren. I watched her put the finishing stitches on the last quit she was making for the last great grandaughter. She said she had to finish it up so she could start on the next one. I loved this lady and will keep her alive in my heart forever. I'm so sorry I wasn't able to be at the funeral service. I was in Bloomington moving my son back to IU. Just this past week I had called her twice with no answer. I'm sorry I didn't get the chance to hug her one more time. My sympathy goes out to each and every one of you for the loss of this wonderful lady. She will always be remembered as one of my favorite and special people in my life.

I was so sorry to hear about your loss. I am glad that you got the chance to get home and see her. She was a pleasure to take care of.

I will never forget Aunt Mary's special love for everything. She was a loving wife; loved her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Eugenia loved her very much as I did.
