Dear Campbell Family,

The world has lost a beautiful woman who was full of joy, talent and fine intellect. I truly loved her and enjoyed our painting excursions which would end in deep conversations. Betsy was so dear to me. I will think of her each time I look at her beautiful painting which graces our walls. I am so glad I had such a good visit with her at her wonderful retrospective show in Spring City. We are so sorry we were unable to attend her funeral, but please know of our love and sympathy for you. Knowing Betsy was a gift.

With love,
Shirley (McKay) and Lanny Britsch

I enjoyed taking an art class from her. She is an incredibly gifted artist as displayed in her home! She had a great mind and very learned and well spoken.
She made her mark and blessed all who knew her.

Dear Campbell Family,
We always think of Betsy leading the choir at Christmastime. She inevitably selected the most tender carols for us to learn, and her direction was both energetic and sensitive. We hadn't been interested in singing in a choir since high school, but she lured us out of retirement, and singing with her enriched our Christmas celebration. She in fact introduced us to some of our favorite Christmas music. She also had that wonderful smile. We enjoyed hearing her talk about her paintings and loved to be in her beautiful home where we were always greeted warmly and graciously. Betsy loved her family and we loved her. Every once in a while you encounter a unique and forceful personality in life, and she was surely that. All the best to all of you in your loss, particularly David. Sincerely, Richard & Jo Ann Peterson
