Mary´s life was a gift to so many people and her friendship was a gift to our family. We shall miss her dearly. Mary was such a fun-loving, generous, adventuresome spirit and the world seems somewhat deflated, now that she is gone. Thank you for magical memories Mary. Our thoughts and prayers are with your children, grandchildren, nieces and all those who loved you so.

We met Mary in the “disabled corral” at Southampton Airport on our first exploratory visit to the Algarve. She was a marvellous woman who gave so much of herself in everything she did. Her village here, and the establishments in England, are and always will be, a lasting memorial to her far-sighted vision, and her professional skills. We shall miss her.
