I extend my condolences to all of Kitty's relatives and friends. She was a lovely woman whom I visited many times while I was married to her nephew, Don Hayley. I know she took great pride in her home and her garden. The tea that she made for us was delicious. I will miss her.

The obituary appeared in the Chicago Tribune today. My father, Joe Wilson (wife Ursula), worked for Frito-Lay for many years in Dallas and knew both Elmer and Kitty. He often shared stories with his family of early F-L history including how Elmer discoverd and developed the Frito product and Kitty's Frito Chile pie. He remembered her well. My father passed away this past January. Please accept our condolences from the entire Wilson family.

In loving memory of a very sweet, kind, caring, loving, and giving woman. She was so full of compassion and concern for the people around her. She will be missed.

My parents were Harry and Bobbi Tunstall and were friends with Kitty and C.E. when my dad worked for the Frito Co., then Frito-Lay, and Pepsico, from the 1930's to the 1970's. Kitty came to a birthday party for me when I was a little girl and brought me iris bulbs! We had them in our backyard in Casa Linda for many years. When my mom passed away last year, we served Frito Chili pie for dinner after her service! May God bless the Doolin family.
