Lorraine & Lenard,
Please accept our heartfelt sympathy. Losing your mother who has been a big part of your life for so many years must be very difficult. May your memories be a precious source of peace, strength and comfort in the days ahead.

Dear Lorraine and Lenard,
This has been a tumultuous year for you both. We are saddened to learn of the loss of your mother, she was the strong bond that held your family together and you will miss her dearly. I remember Lorne talking lovingly of her. You can take comfort in the thought that she will be together with your dad and Lorne again. Words cannot bring her back but knowing that friends and neighbours have you in their prayers may ease your pain in time. Take care.

No matter what age, we only have one dear mom and to lose them, is like losing part of oneself and our heritage. I always remember aunty Mary with her rosy red cheeks cooking small cabbage rolls and for some reason raspberries and farm cream. Those people were the salt of the earth, so meek, mild, loved the land, gardening, farming, animals. She was not afraid of hard work that I remember. She will live again as the bible says, Jesus will call and the dead will wake up; she will love life in the paradise. I am far away, in Haiti, but I have a special thought for you from my heart, my sincere sympathy for you at this sad time. Our moms are both the same age. Precious, precious people. Sorry to hear about the passing of Auntie Mary. She lived to a ripe old age and is no longer feeling the effects of old age and sickness.
