FORREST, Mary Myrtle 61, of Uhrichsville, OH., passed away Wed., March 19, 2008 at her residence following a battle with cancer. She was born on Jan. 1, 1947 in West Liberty, KY, the daughter of Raney & Zelda (Hopkins) Stapleton. Mary is survived by her husband Charles Robert Forrest, 3 daughters Lisa Flora of Springfield, Tina (Tom) Milburn of Dover & Marianne Forrest of Uhrichsville, 6 stepchildren, Renee (Lonnie) Sigler of Logan, Linda (Randy) Waddell of Rockbridge, Chuck Forrest of Hillsboro, Leslie (Donna) Forrest of W. Logan, Diane Pickett of The Plains & Karen Riley of Athens: 3 sisters Glenna Stapleton of Troy, Sheila Slone of New Carlisle, & Sharon (Timothy) Ferguson of Frenchburg, KY; 5 brothers Randall Stapleton of Troy, Carl (Deb) Stapleton & David (Rachel) Stapleton of St. Paris, Terry (Peg) Stapleton of DeGraff, Jerry (Kathy) Stapleton of Troy, 23 grandchildren & one great grandchild. Mary was preceded in death by her parents, a brother Wendell Stapleton, a son, a daughter, 2 grandchildren & a great grandson. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m., Tues., March 25, 2008 at the Uhrich-Hostettler English Funeral Home Inc., Uhrichsville, OH. Pastor Roger Lyons officiating. Burial will follow at Longview Cemetery at Bowerston, OH. Calling hours will be from 4-8 p.m., Mon., March 24, at the funeral home.
