Mary Bell Walsh Hawk Mary Bell Walsh Hawk, age 83, passed away at her home Sept. 6, 2011, while in the care of her family. Mrs. Hawk was a daughter to the late Carl and Laura Walsh and was preceded in death her husband, Ivan H. Hawk; a son, Lyles Hawk; grandson, Joshua Hawk; sisters, Rose Gilley and Betty Edwards; brothers, Tom, A.C., Johnny, and Dan Walsh. Survivors include son, Larry Hawk and wife, Linda, Phillip Hawk and wife, Peggy, and Lynn Allan Hawk; sister, Joy Peters; three grandchildren; one great-grandchild; several nieces and nephews; and many special family, friends, and neighbors. Graveside services will be held on Friday, Sept. 9, 2011, at 11 a.m. at Glenwood Cemetery with the Rev. Greg Kain officiating. The family will receive friends on Thursday from 6 to 8 p.m. at Weaver Funeral Home. The family would like to say a special thanks to Dr. John Sherrill and staff, Dr. Michael Spear, Wellmont Hospice Care, especially Team 1, Anderson Pharmacy and staff, Home Health Care and to Pastor Greg Kain and Ben House for all of the support and loving care they provided to Mary during her illness. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Wellmont Hospice at 280 Steele's Road, Bristol, TN. Online condolences may be registered at www.Weaverfuneralhome.net Arrangements have been made with Weaver Funeral Home and Cremation Services.
