Mary Jo Stewart Obituary

Mary Jo Stewart, 72, passed away Tuesday, August 20, 2013 at Mercy Hospice in Johnston. She was born December 5, 1940 in Des Moines to Raymond "Bud" and Teresa O'Donnell.
Mary Jo is survived by her daughters, Teresa (Phillip) Wageman and Carrie (Mark) Harms; sons, Alan (Donna) Stewart and Joseph Stewart; seven grandchildren; sister, Kathleen (Robert) Jackson; numerous nieces, nephews and other extended family. She was preceded in death by her parents and her brother, Michael O'Donnell.
The family will greet friends Sunday, August 25, 2013 from 2 to 5 p.m. with the Rosary recited at 5 p.m. at Hamilton's Southtown Funeral Home, 5400 SW 9th St. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30 a.m. Monday at St. Anthony Catholic, 15 Indianola Ave. A private family burial will be held at Glendale Cemetery.
Memorial contributions may be directed to Mercy Hospice in Johnston in loving memory of Mary Jo.
