So sad to hear about Aunt Mary's passing. She was always kind and welcoming. I loved visiting her home with my mom. I went to see her when she was in the hospital and then again when she was at the convalescent home. My sister, Lorraine and I got to visit with Aunt Mary several years ago too. Aunt Mary was the last of the aunts and uncles I grew up with. God Bless you Mary - you were a strong woman, with a kind heart and a generous spirit. Thank you for your kindness, you were always so nice to me. XO Leslie

So very sorry to hear of Aunt Mary's passing but a smile comes to my face when I think of her. Very strong and caring along with her husband, my Uncle Stanley. I got to visit her a few years ago when I was in town with my sister, Leslie and she was the cheerleader and favorite on the floor...so said the music man that volunteered on the floor that day.
Thinking of Barbara and her family and sending love.

I was saddened to hear of the passing of Aunt Mary. I can still hear her infectious laugh and remember her positive outlook on life. She had a great personality and intellect. Very positive and practical in in her outlook.
My fondest memory of her and Uncle Stanley was the night they came to support me emotionally at New Britain General Hospital when my mom Anne Karas was dying of pancreatic cancer. My husband Jack, a firefighter on duty, could not get there in time. The three of us sat around her bed in a private dimly lit room praying out loud as she took her last breadth. I am sure my mother felt our presence and heard our prayers. I will never forget how comforting it was to have them with me. They offered the emotional support I so desperately needed at that moment.
I only wish I knew she was residing in a New Britain Convalescent Home because I would have definitely visited her I mistakingly assumed she was in Vermont with her daughter, Barbara.
Mary was a kind and thoughtful woman and I will never forget her. May she rest in peace with the angels and my condolences to her family.

God Bless You Mary, LuAnne Grennan, loving niece
