I grew up across the alley from dear Mary, and She was a wonderful influence for me . Will remember forever my mom Lena , quoting Mary : A healthy child must often play outdoors and eat a bunch of dirt to be healthy !
With Mary in my neighborhood , I felt safe and entertained .
Mike Sworin, my dad , met Mary when he and She were children. He is grateful to Her and her family for helping his immigration to Canada, and kept him warm and offered much neighborly inspiration to make Grassland his home too .
