Mary Moorman Obituary

I worked 25 years with Ms. Moorman. And enjoyed many sunday at the redskins games with her Rest in peace Mary Ann

I worked with Ms. Moorman at MMSB for many years as a contractor and USMC civilian. She always had a positive attitude and was willing to help where there was a need. It was a blessing to work with her and be around her daily. She will surely be missed by all. My thoughts and prayers go out to the family.

You are someone I wish I had known as well as I do your brother, but yet....I have this feeling I did....because your brother (I call him King Edward) spoke of you so many times during the last forty years. He often told happy stores and remembrances of our work, travels, and generous spirit; each time I could just see the love and admiration in his eyes. Your brother and family miss you so much.

I write this poem for your brother and his family:

We thought of you today, but that is nothing new.
We thought about you yesterday, and days before that too.
We think of you in silence, we often speak your name,
Now all we have is memories and your picture in a frame.

Farewell to a member of the Marine Corps (MMSB) family. Every time I watch a Redskins game I will think of Mary Ann and know her spirit is still up there in the stands cheering on her team.

I am a past co-worker of Ms. Moorman's. It was indeed a pleasure to have known her. She always had a pleasant smile for you. She was a very nice person and she is missed. May the Lord give peace and comfort to her family.

I had the pleasure of working with Ms. Moorman for 19 years. I enjoyed our work relationship and her friendship. She was such a sweet lady. My prayers are with you Beth and the rest of the family.
