Mary M. Mulligan, age 83 of Denver, CO passed away peacefully at home on 9/18/2016 surrounded by her loving family. She was born 7/5/1933 in Missoula, MT to Thomas & Monica Swearingen. Mary will be remembered for her selflessness, generosity, strength & courage; her love for outdoors & reading. She is survived by her husband of 63 years, Matthew; children Barbara (Dan), Helen (Paul), Susan (Dan), Steve (Suzie) & Mary Ann; 11 grandchildren; as well as many close friends. Services for Mary will be held on Sat. 9/24 at 2:00 pm at the Horan & McConaty Family Chapel (3101 S. Wadsworth, Lakewood). In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Denver Hospice in memory of Mary.
