75, of Champion, formerly of Pittsburgh, on Fri., Dec. 7, 2012 in UPMC Shadyside Hospital. She was born Aug. 14, 1937 in Pittsburgh, the beloved daughter of the late John and Mary Lucille Cain Rudavsky. Loving wife of John A. Phillips; beloved mother of Anthony Phillips of Champion and Monica Jene Phillips of Pittsburgh; grandmother of Anthony Michael Phillips; sister of John M. Rudavsky of Pittsburgh, sister of Sharon Ryan of Texas and Joann Sergeant of Butler. Graduate of former Schenley High School in 1956. Formerly worked at PPG Industries and the Grande Concourse Restaurant. Friends received Sun 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. in the CLYDE BROOKS FUNERAL HOME INC., at the corner of route 711 and 146 Municipal Building Rd., Melcroft, PA 15462. Funeral Mass 10 a.m. Mon. in St. Raymond of the Mountain R.C. Church, Donegal. Interment St. Raymond's Cemetery.
