Mrs. Mary B. Rape, age 91 of McDonough, died December 22, 2003. Mrs. Rape was a member of the First Baptist Church of McDonough and was preceded in death by her husband, Albert Ralph Rape.

Survivors include son, Mr. & Mrs. William C. Rape of Stockbridge; daughter-in-law, Mrs. Betty Rape of McDonough; brothers, Mr. Herbert Bowden of Locust Grove, Mr. Bobby Bowden of North Carolina, and Mr. Willis Bowden of New York; sister, Mrs. Mildred Moyer of Athens, 5 grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great grandchildren.

Funeral Services will be held Wednesday, December 24th, at 11:00 AM from the chapel of Cannon-Cleveland Funeral Directors with Dr. Jerry L. Smith officiating. Interment will follow in Eastlawn Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Tuesday, December 23rd, from 6 - 8 PM.
