Mary Margaret Schuh

Mary Margaret (Frisby) Schuh, passed away peacefully on February 26, 2025 at the age of 78 surrounded by her loving family. Born in Evanston, IL on November 14th 1946 to Weston J. and Patricia M. (Carolan) Frisby she was one of seven children. Mary was educated at St. Johns and graduated from McHenry High School class of 1965. She worked as a medical receptionist her entire career and retired in 2013. Mary enjoyed spending time with her family, kids and grandkids. She was so proud of each and every one of them. She loved to craft and her favorite pastime was gardening. Mary had the most beautiful gardens and worked diligently to keep them in pristine condition. She had an excellent sense of humor and was always full of jokes and laughter.

Mary is survived by her 3 loving children: Arthur "John" Keevil of Mundelein, IL; Kristin A. Gravel (Marlin) of Plainfield, WI; Jennifer L. Schuh of Coal City, IL. She was blessed with 5 grandchildren: Cherie and Weston Keevil, Garrett (Katie) Butler, Julia Gravel and Brantley Stewart. 8 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. She is also survived by her 4 sisters Carol Baldwin, Patrica Forest, Margaret Frisby (identical twin) and Donna Frisby.

She was preceded in death by her parents Weston J. and Patrica M. Frisby, 2 siblings Mike and Tim Frisby, grandson Wesley Keevil, 2 brother-in-laws John Baldwin and Joseph Forest and special friend Ron Selenske.

Mary will be cremated and a celebration of life will be held with close family and friends at a later date. Family would like to wish a special thanks to the entire Lightways Hospice staff for their excellent care.
