Mary Sheehan Obituary
Mary was born and raised in New York City, and Brooklyn NY, to Helen (Ryan) Hedderman and Denis J. Hedderman. Mary married young at age 18 to
Robert Sheehan a Veteran of World War 2. They had one child, John Martin Sheehan born in 1953. John predeceased his Mother suddenly on Dec. 12. 2013 in Las Vegas where he lived at the time. Mary's sisters Margaret (Midge) and Theresa also predeceased Mary.
Mary is survived by her sister Rose Marie and brother Dennis Hedderman and
many nieces and nephews.
Mary and her husband Robert lived for many years in Little Neck, Queens NY
and was active in ST.Anastasia's Parish of Douglaston NY. She was also a volunteer with the Little Neck Douglaston Ambulance Corp. in Douglaston.
Mary moved to the Villages in Lady Lake Fl. with her son after her husband passed away . She had a good life in the Villages and was active in St timothy's, her Parish Church.
She was also active in all the activities that the villages offered and had family nearby and many friends.
Mary is buried with her son in St. Charles Cemetery in Farmingdale, NY.
