Mary Waters Obituary
Greenville, SC
Mary Kindness Moon Waters, 96, of Greenville, wife of the late Louie Alexander Waters, passed away Thursday, December 4, 2014 at her home surrounded by her children.
Born in the Highland Community of Northern Greenville County, she was a daughter of the late, Marcus Bunyan and Lillie Ann Wooten Moon. Mrs. Waters was a retired seamstress with area textiles and a member of Rutherford Road Baptist Church.
Surviving are four children, James L. Waters, Jerry A. Waters (Shannon), Brynda Sizemore Brown (Bo) and Jimmy D. Waters; 5 grandchildren, Connie Southerlin, Tei Tober, Sherry Cantrell, Sabrina Bayha and Kathy Willis; 7 great grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren.
In addition to her husband she was predeceased by a son, Robert L. Waters; 2 grandsons, Jeff Waters and Christopher Mark Waters; 2 daughters-in-law, Audrey Waters & Joyce Waters; a son-in-law, Sparkie Sizemore; 3 brothers and 3 sisters.
Funeral services will be held at 1 o'clock Monday afternoon at The Howze Mortuary Chapel. Burial will follow in Mt. View Memorial Park.
The family will receive friends from 6 until 8 PM Sunday evening at The Howze Mortuary.
The family will be at the home.
Memorials may be made to the Rutherford Road Baptist Church, 9 Scenic Drive, Greenville, SC 29609 or the charity of one's choice.
The family would like to extend a special Thank You to Tracy & Debra with Southern Care for the love and compassion shown to Mrs. Waters.

Brynda We are so sorry. My family loved her dearly as you know. We will never forget her. She lived a long life and blessed everyone who met her. We all love you too. I wasn't able to come because of blood clot in leg. God Bless you all.

Mrs. Waters lived up to her name, Kindness, she was one of the kindest persons I have ever known. My sympathy to Brynda,Jerry, and the family.
