May God bless Your Family and give you the strenght you need. You had a wonderful Mother.
I was Blessed to be one her students at Honaker Elem. enjoyed her teaching, and if she did have to correct us she would always later share some fruit that she had brought or do something nice. she never got angry and stayed mad at us. Just simply told us why we shouldn't be doing what we were doing and correct us and that was it. I remember her nice cars that she always had. I was scared when I found out that I was going to have her as a Teacher, because I had been told she was sooo strict. Glad to say She was my FAVORITE!!! Also everyday befor lunch she read us the Jack Tales and she read them with such passion that you felt like you were right there with Ole Jack. I have often been asked who my favorite teacher was and I've always Proudly said Mrs.Mary L. Wilson.
I only wish we had more educators with the love and compassion as Mrs.Wilson.
She will be greatly missed but as the word of God says, To be absent from this body is to be present with Christ.
