I barely remember when we lived above her and my great grandmother on perrysville ave. I'd go downstairs and have tea and toast. She was an amazing woman, and I wish I could have been there. I did get to talk to her before she died, and even with the breathing aparatus, I could understand her. I do always remember her singing, and I'd like to think she is where I got my singing abilities on my Fathers side.

I worked with Mary June back in the 80s at WPIC. She took good care of her mother and father and yes, she did enjoy singing with the Sweet Adalines and wearing the make up. God bless and keep her family. Remember the good times, she was a special lady.

Aunt June was an amazing character! She loved to sing and entertain everyone. We were blessed to have her in our lives, she taught all of us the importance of having fun and never taking yourself to seriously. She will be forever loved and missed.
