The memories are rushing Hide and seek, climbing trees, skateboarding, sneaking a few berries from the garden next door (shhh), chasing the twins with the threat of a kiss, bike riding like maniacs on those crazy hills, the wild forest band, and singing through the cold of winter and the endless summer nights, camped out in the back yard Through it all, there she was. Thank you Mrs Yost, pillar of our childhood. Oh, how you touched my life with your smile and your laughter I will hold you always in my heart. My heartfelt condolences to all of the family, and love much, much love, Amy

Anne and the entire Yost family,
My heart is full of gratitude for having known your mom and prayers of strength and comfort for all of you. What a kind, loving, and God fearing woman she was.
As a child, it seemed your door was always open. I recall Richard and Robert going back and forth while visiting and lots and lots of love in your home.
May God bless you all and sustain you.
Much love and hugs sent your way,
Connie (Curran) Jackson

Dear Yost Children,
I had the pleasure of meeting your Mom yrs. ago when I volunteered to work at the Bingo during Festival time. She was always so kind & helpful and I would say Mrs. Yost do you want me to do this or that, she would always say everyone calls me Mary and you can too. I told her my Mom who was also named Mary said that we had to Call our elders by their last name. She would give me a Big smile and say your Mom isn't here and I won't tell. As years went by she would always see me after Mass and would ask how my mom, my boys and I were doing? She would let me know what was new with her. I haven't seen her in about 5 yrs as I rejoined my old parish in Braddock as my boys, are older now. My mom passed away in 2011 on Easter Monday Morning. March 31, is my Birthday and your Mom passed away the day before. I know she is watching over her children from Heaven above and is reunited with your Dad now. God bless you through this most difficult time of your life. May the Lord put his arms around you and get your through. God Bless all of you.
