Ms. Maryse Condé was a French author best known for her work focused on the African diaspora, especially in the Caribbean, as explored in her best-known novel, "Ségou." May the love and the special memory you shared with your mother, grandmother, sisters, aunts, and other relatives show just how much your life was touched by her. We hope many of the encouraging words and thoughts on this site comforts you during this difficult time also. May Almighty God in the Heavens comfort your hearts with peace and loving kindness as you cope with this precious loss in your lives. Thank you for Ms. Maryse Condé's contribution to her community. She will be remembered and missed, but her contributions not forgotten. May family, friends and extended family cherish her memories.
