Mason was born on October 2, 1942 and passed away on Sunday, February 17, 2019. Mason was a resident of Kansas at the time of passing. He was raised near Hamilton and graduated from Hamilton High School. He then enlisted in the United States Navy serving for over twenty years with honor and dignity. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30 A.M., Monday, February 25, 2019 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, in Eureka with Father Stephen Gronert officiating. Rosary recitation will begin at 10:00 A.M. Interment will follow at Blankinship Cemetery, Rosalia. Visitation hours are set from 1:00 P.M. to 3:00 P.M., Sunday, at the funeral home.
