Matthew S. Asta, beloved husband of Karen J. Asta; loving father of Anthony (Amelia) Asta and Phillip (Kathy) Asta; dearest grandfather of Paul, Don, Emma, and Anne Asta; dear brother of Bertha (the late Tom) Noonan and Nancy (Robert) Von Drasek, and the late Josephine Bua, Jenny Opila and August Asta, and also survived by sister-in-law Jane Asta and Carlo Bua; also survived by many nieces, nephews, and dear friends. Funeral Monday, August 6, 11 a.m., at the McKenzie Funeral Home, 15618 S. Cicero Ave., Oak Forest. Interment Evergreen Cemetery. Visitation Sunday, 3 to 9 p.m. 708-687-2990.
