Matt was a delight, I had the pleasure meeting him 2 years ago at my 1st YB conference. That year YB, celebrated his 50th birthday, it was great celebration and time to honor him. I am so glad I was able to have met and worked alongside him. Sending prayers to all that knew Matt.. Ashley YB Omaha

So very sorry and heartbroken to hear of Matt´s passing. My deepest condolences to the family. Matt was a great guy. This really devastated me to hear, may he rest peacefully. Prayers to his loved ones for their peace as well.

I first met Matt when he worked for the City of Albany's Dept. of Youth & Recreation's AmeriCorps program. All that is said in the obituary rings true to me. We crossed paths many times over the years & he was always joyful in his work. My condolences to his friends and family. I'm sure you're grieving the loss of this wonderful man.
