Matthew Danko Obituary
Born in Detroit, MI, to James and Merlynn Danko, Matt grew up in Fridley, MN and attended Spring Lake Park High School, where he made many lifelong friends.
Matt was a natural salesman who could strike up a conversation with anyone. He liked social events, connecting people, and sharing his thoughts on nearly any topic. He loved deer hunting, pheasant hunting with Daisy, and being with friends and family.
Matt is survived by his parents, Jim and Merlynn Danko; his sister, Melissa Machlitt (Todd); his nephew, Mitchel Machlitt (Ashleigh); his niece, McKayla Orwoll (Jake); and his aunt, Marlene "Bunny" Hastay. He is also remembered by his cousins, extended family, and many friends.
Deer season won't be quite the same without Matt and the stories he loved to tell. He will be deeply missed by his family and by those who stood close to him through the years.
A celebration of Matt's life will be held at a later date.

Matt , You were such a sweet guy and friend and you always had a smile on your face! When you heard I worked at a salon you drove to Snelling and Randolf to see me so I could cut your hair. Best free haircut ever. lol. I will miss your smiles. But you will be making every one smile up there. Hugs to everyone.
