It was a great honor to have known Matt he was great to work for and I considered him a friend. Please accept my condolences I actually just found out a couple days ago and am deeply sadden for your loss for all of our loss. Anyone who knew Matt has to consider it a great loss. Again my prayers are with Matt and the whole Falter family

I'm so sorry to hear of your loss. I knew Matt back in high school and he was a nice guy and extremely entertaining. If I could find my scrapbook, I think I might still have lyrics he rewrote to a rap song that was popular back then. Looks like he was doing very well and enjoying his life. Rest in Peace, Matt!
