Hi Matt just thinking about you today up there in heaven. We sure miss you down here .

Matthew was a truly wonderful man capable of war and of peace, brotherly camraderie and marriage. I weep over his death regularly and for his wife. She recently graduated with a masters degree to qualify her to work she now does for US Veterans at the VA.

Matt was a great nephew and good man. I miss the cell phone calls when he served in Iraq. I miss him.

Thank you for your kind words about Matthew. Your words affirm the value of the life he led. I weep on Memorial Day, Veterans Day, his birthday, day he died, recalling the day immediately after with his widow as she wailed in grief in the next room, and throughout the year.
