Matthew Matt Wayne Meredith

I did not know Matthew personally, but I feel like I did. I've cared about him since he was a little boy bravely battling leukemia. His grandmother Linda is a good friend of mine and would keep me up to date on Matthew's progress, and he was always in my prayers. I am deeply saddened that he could not prevail in his last battle, but for an 18 year old, his brief presence on this earth certainly made a huge difference to a lot of people. He was admired and loved, and will be missed terribly. My sincerest condolences to Matt's family and friends. Love, Barb Clark

Hey man I love you for real you are always gonna be in my hart and you will always be my best friend. I told you lots of things and you did the same to me. I appriciate how close we were and we can still be when we meet in the big place witht he whole family lets all come back together and stay together this time ok.... From knowing Matt,all i can say is that he was a really great person and he had a wonderful pesonality that will truly be missed! I know I will miss all of the great times that we had togther and just being with him. He is in a better place now and he can look down on all of us and smile. He will forever be loved.

Darryl I just heard about your son and I am so sad to hear about it. I have children of my own and I cannot even begin to know how you all feel. We will keep you in our prayers and thoughts. And Darryl if he was anything like you when we were growing up I,m sure he was a gentle soul, and made you all proud.

To the Meredith family- I don't know what to say at a time like this. I just found out today (Tues) about Matt and feel horrible that I wasn't there for you. Kaitlyn- I especially apologize to you. I know this is so hard right now. God must have just had better plans for Matt. I know that he will be greatly missed. Again, I am deeply sorry.
