I travelled from Australia to LA in December 24, it was always my plan to visit Matthew´s resting place to say goodbye in person, what a beautiful place to visit. I will make that trip again. He was such a beautiful soul who was taken from us way too soon he always seemed to put others before himself. It´s just a shame he couldn´t trust those around him . I hope he liked the trinkets I left for him, I also wrote a letter of love and affection for him.

I know Matthew Perry I watched Friends every Saturday Night because he was a great lovely man I have very complex feelings well Matthew Perry was an extraordinary person we all loved him the best things about Matthew Perry acting with Matt LeBlach one of the episodes on season 6 I still remember that Joey said to Chandler the only thing I’m going miss is you that really meant really great friendship Matthew Perry always have lots of great memories with the cast so I’m sending this for everyone to see how I really felt for Matthew Perry I miss you buddy I was bit sad that he passed away I’m thinking of you & lots of love your only fan Joshua

Still love "Friends" after all these years and I always thought that Matthew Perry was one of the most talented of the cast.

I cannot imagine the pain that you are going through. I've been listening to Matthew's book on audible and just hearing his voice brings tears.

Losing someone you love is the most difficult loss you can experience, and since I've watched Matthew on 'Friends' for 30 years I feel like I've lost an important person in my life. I grieve along with you.

Please accept my sincere condolences. I wish there was something I could say to ease your pain, and after recently losing my mom, I know that words help a little. So, if you ever read this, I hope that knowing how much joy and laughter Matthew brought to millions of people will bring you a bit of peace.

To Matthew´s Dear Family and Friends,
You may never read this, but you all have my sincere condolences. I never knew Matthew except on the screen, but he gave me so much joy whether the part was comedic or dramatic. It could be the lead, a small part or even being interviewed on a talk show. I moved to Los Angeles the summer of 1994 for school. Watching `Friends´ gave me something to look forward to every week. For a half hour, I could forget the world and laugh with my `best friends´. He had so much talent!! Talent that a lot of people wished that they only had a sliver of, and he was just finding what he could do other than acting. Even though I remember parts Matthew was in prior - 90120, Growing Pains, etc, but the world got to see the real person as Chandler. It broke my heart to read his book. I have no words knowing how he felt and went through. I just wish I knew him. To me, he was everything - funny, kind , sincere, compassionate ... a friend. It reminds me of a meme - men think women want a buff man; but women want someone like - Matthew Perry (and it shows a picture of him laughing). That´s the truth for me! I´m sorry that it has taken so long to write. I´ve been in a fog since I lost my brother just 96 hours earlier to Matthew. I just remember from that time seeing his family arrive at his home and it broke my heart in a way that no one should experience. For I experienced that same situation minus the paparazzi. Just know that you had a group of us with you at that time and now. Rest in peace Mattman! I hope you found what you could not on this earth. But know, you were (and still) loved and so much appreciated!!

Matthew was on my youngest daughter's favorite show "FRIENDS". She had the entire Friends collection. My daughter was killed in 2012 at the age of 27 and now I have her collection. She watched and rewatched her favorite sitcom EVERY DAY. It saddens me that her favorite character has passed away. Matthew and Friends reminds me of my baby girl, they're good memories. Thanks Matty for providing this mother with cherished memories of her beautiful daughter. RIP!

I Remember Being A Young Child Who Love Watching Tv with my Grandma & Mother , My Mother´s Favorite Show Was Friends & When I First Saw Matthew Was In The One Where They Bet Apartments. & Just Seeing How East It Came To Him About Making People Laugh Made Me Take A Liking To His Character. He Has No Matter How Many Times I´ve Seen The Same Punch Line Made Me Laugh & Feel Good. He´s The Guy Friend I Always Wanted & Needed & Wish I Had. He Was Truly A Beautiful Soul & A Great Actor. I Know His Fear Was Not Being Remembered For All His Other Great Accomplishments. But it doesn´t mean they´re still not there. I Wish He Knew Just How Brilliantly Gifted & Wonderful He Was. May He Rest Peacefully Now, He Deserves It.

I wish I could have met Matthew Perry in real life. He always seemed so witty, funny and sarcastic but at the same time ready to help anyone in need. With most people, I first saw him on Friends and immediately fell in love with him and enjoyed his character and sense of humor. He could always make me laugh on my saddest of days and bring a smile to my face no matter what. Watching the show now will feel different knowing he´s gone from this Earth. I´ve been sober for two years now and I recently read Matthews book. He takes his personal struggles and somehow makes them inspirational. A true testament to how talented he was. I am so heartbroken. I couldn't believe it when I firt heard it. I was aways a fan of Matthew Perry and the show Friends. My husband gave me his book for Christmas last year. I hope he knew how many lives he touched with his humor and his honesty. And how much he was loved by so many. He was an amazing person. And may I add how handsome he was. I've aways noticed the kindness in his eyes and a beautiful smile. My heart goes out to his family, friends and fans. He will truly be missed.

FRIENDS has been a big part of my life since 1994 when it started. It was the first thing that made me giggle after my mother's sudden death, it got me through late night feedings of my infant son and when I decided to move to a new city, after 49 years of living in one place, FRIENDS was the one constant for me, a feeling of home. (Among many other hard times, too many to go into). At one point it felt like they were my only friends. I've told my son I want one of the DVDs in my casket so I can take my FRIENDS with me when I die.
Matthew Perry....I never had the opportunity to meet you, but, wow, I appreciate and love all you gave to the show. And as a teacher, The Ron Clark Story was amazing. You will be missed. I believe you were just starting your 2nd act in life, with your book tour and Perry House. I have enjoyed watching your career all the way back to Growing Pains. You were talented, you touched millions upon millions of hearts.....you will be missed! Rest easy!

I never met Matthew but I was an absolute fan of the show Friends. I lived the entire cast but Matthew especially. As the niece of a very famous comedian, I grew up with the greatest appreciation of comedy. Once I saw Matthew promoting his new book, I knew I had to read it. I´ve read it now 5 times and I´ve learned so much. We definitely lost a supreme talent and a fabulous human being. Rest in peace my friend.

My first memory of Matthew Perry was when he played Sandy on Growing Pains. And then Friends was when I really grew to Love him. It was easy to see that he was Chandler - No one else could´ve made the Chandler character more real. But most of All I want to extend my Gratitude and Respect for Matthew in what his request was upon his passing. To remember the struggles he went through with his addiction, his fight to overcome it, and most of all remember him for helping others that either have or are going through what he did. So Matthew I just want to say may you rest in peace knowing you did good deeds and helped those in need.

I was at a party and friends of mine were texting me that he died knowing how much I loved the show and cast. So sad. I hope he knows how many lives he touched with his humor and honesty.
