Matthew Scott Obituary
SCOTT _ Matthew Steven, aged 22 years, died in Surrey, July 5, 2006. He is survived by his mother Georgia Scott of Surrey; father Dan Scott and stepmother Hanne Stenersen of Langley; sister Kristy Youngman and her family of Summerland; sisters Stina Stenersen and Sophia Scott of Langley; grandmother Trudy Youngman of Surrey; grandmother Loretta Horn and grandfather Murray Gilks of Abbotsford; grandmother Donna Scott and grandfather Ed Scott of Squamish; uncle Gary Youngman and family of Crescent Beach; aunt Debbie Steeper and family of Victoria; aunt Lana Martin and family of Squamish; uncle Jamie Scott and family of Nanaimo; uncle Randy Arden and family of Maple Ridge, as well as many other relatives and numerous friends. A service to celebrate Matthew's life will be held Friday, July 14th at 11:00 a.m. at the Chief Seepas Theatre, Langley Fine Arts School, 9096 Trattle Street, Ft. Langley. There will be an opportunity for visitation one half hour prior to the service. Matthew will be laid to rest in Ft. Langley Cemetery and a tea will follow the services. Matt,I must have had every class with you in highschool.I'll never know how you always managed to look so good that early in the morning. Your outgoing personality and amazing charisma never failed to make everyone smile. I've never met anyone so bright or fun as you.I'll never forget our talks while I was suppose to be working. It was a priveledge to know you for the short time. I know my friends and I will NEVER forget you.

Im Chrissy...He spent his last four days with me....I felt so close to him, I will cherish the time , little it was, close to my heart.

Matt had been a guest in our Home & a close friend of my step-son, (Clayton Norris) We are very sad to hear of the outcome of Matt's Short,Young Life "Be at Peace Matt"
