Matthew Strange saved my life and helped me get back on track. He introduced me to ranching and horse care, but mostly music. I loved going out to his home for a jam session or just help out around the property. I stayed in touch with him for over 30 years. I always loved it when he called me “the Navy Guy”. I am going to miss our conversations. I loved him dearly.

Matt was a true friend that could always cheer a person up. Whether it was a 4th of July party at his place or a jam session, you could count on Matt's good nature and humor. He will be sincerely missed, but never forgotten in my world. May you rest in peace, knowing how much joy you brought to so many people. God Bless.
