Kate, Brian and Shawn, I am so deeply sorry to hear of your mom's and of Kelly's passing. The last time I saw your mom was about 7 years ago while I was pushing my youngest nephew in the stroller. She was walking on Elm Street with an older neighbor. We had a lovely chat and she filled me in on her wonderful children and grandchildren. I have many good memories of both your parents and of Kelly. We had so much fun playing pickup soccer at the junior high. It was also fun carpooling for years with your parents, except the one day when the bee flew in and your mom jumped out. During the years my dad was frequently hospitalized, your dad would often find out he was in there and stop up and say hello while he was working..so kind. I just saw the beautiful pictures of Kelly and your mom smiling and of all the grandchildren. Please know my thoughts and prayers are with you.

Maureen's husband was my cousin Bill. Her father-in-law was my dad's brother and my father John, married Maureen's mom several years following my mother's passing. This has been a difficult year for your family for which I am very sorry.
