I am lighting a candle on behalf of my mother, Anne. She is the reason Moe and Terry dated and later married. She has never forgotten him. I know she will be heartbroken when I tell her he has passed.

Terry & Family,
Gladys and I pass on our condolences to you and your family. Moe has a special place in our hearts. He was, without question, a true gentleman' as well as being a great teacher. He taught more by example than words and all of this wrapped up with a terrific sense of humour. I am so thankful that I got to see him before we left for Florida.

Moe and Terry were good friends of my parents Bill and Mabel Becker. I want to acknowledge all the fond memories Moe and Terry brought to the Becker family and express our condolences as this difficult time of loss.

On behalf of the RCMP Veterans' Association, I send our most sincere condolences to the Kelly Family. Terry, our thoughts are with you during this difficult time. Moe and I worked together at the Canadian Police College in the early 1980's. I remember his sense of humour, his no nonsense management style and his ongoing support. It was a pleasure to have known and worked with him. I will miss his infectious smile and his readiness to help out whenever something needed to be done.
