Chris and family,

May I extend my deepest sympathy for the loss of your mom.

My deepest sympathy to the Hancock family. She was one of the sweetest women I've ever had the pleasure of knowing and she will be missed.

G-ma Mavis immediately made an impact on me before I married Ally, obviously she has done the same to so many.. I am so grateful for my short time with her and I will NEVER forget her and that smile..

I am saddened to hear of Mavis' passing. I know she will be missed by many. I remember fondly the days that she taught my Sunday School class at Shady Grove. May God comfort you at this time.

Mavis was my friend, my co-worker, my prayer warrior, my sister in Christ and like my grandmother in Nacogdoches. She has been a blessing in my life and in the lives of my family. We love her as well as every other member of the Hancock family and she will be truly missed.
