It says a lot about a man when a smile appears on a person´s face with the very mention of his name. Every time I heard Max´s name was through a smile from Arlene´s mouth. Such a blessing to have loved and been loved.

So sorry to hear of Max passing. I hope you find peace in all your memories of Max.

Very sorry to hear of this. I knew Max both professionally and from being fortunate enough to have his input when I coached Jessica in Mock Trial long ago. He was a good man.

Arlene, who knew a ride on a bus would start a cherished friendship.
Max´s positive attitude and humor were an inspiration. I´ll always remember the laughter. I´m sure he´s laughing now.

I´m saddened to hear that Max passed away. I´ll be thinking of you at this difficult time. He will be truly missed.

So sorry to hear this Max and I served on many Court committees,lectured for the court and State Bar and played a lot of golf. He truly was one of the really good guys and was loved and respected by a judges throughout the State. He will be missed .

We are so very sorry to hear of Max´s passing. He led a full and productive life and will leave you with many wonderful memories. A fine lawyer and dedicated judge, it was a pleasure to be associated with him professionally. Please accept our heartfelt condolences.

Max....We had good times growing up in Wildwood an I'm sure there will be more when you reach the top of the ladder in heaven and find all of out ex classmates (WHS 64) waiting to welcome you back into the group. There's still a few of us left down here, so make sure there is room up there for all of us to be together again....R.I.P. my old friend and neighbor.

Arlene, Jessica and Family, I was so sorry to hear the news. Max opened the door for me in Atlantic County. He was my 1st mentor and meant a lot to me.
