Maxine Andrews

Waterbury - Maxine Andrews, age 51, of Waterbury, formerly of Lawrenceville, GA passed away peacefully, Wednesday April 9, 2014 at St. Mary's hospital surrounded by her loving family. Maxine was born on June 18, 1962 in Waterbury, a daughter of Margie (Goodwin) Andrews and the late Major Andrews of Waterbury. She worked as a Staffing Coordinator at the Life Care Center in Lawrenceville, Georgia and had formerly worked for 20 years at Abbott Terrace in Waterbury. She studied at Ashford University and was a faithful committed Christian. 　 In addition to her Mother, Maxine is survived by two daughters Timilah Andrews and Tiffany Williams of Waterbury, Eight sisters; Gloria Andrews-Ward of Boston, MA, Madelon Andrews of GA, Janice (Scott) Tallman and Margaret (Shearney) McKeller of North Carolina; Joyce Andrews, Robin (Alan) Butler, Aretha (William) Davis of Waterbury, Raquel (Jarrod) Charles of Meriden; Four Brothers, Donald Andrews, Nathaniel (Sarah) Andrews, Ralph Andrews, and Callis (Jacqueline) Andrews all of Waterbury. Three grandchildren; Zyair Rountree, Savion Williams and Savanna Johnson; and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held on Monday April 14, 2014 at 11 a.m. at Prospect Memorial Funeral Home 72 Waterbury Rd. Prospect. Burial will be in New Pine Grove Cemetery in Waterbury. Calling hours will be held at the funeral home on Monday April 14, 2014 from 9 a.m. until the time of the service. The family will receive friends from 10 a.m. until the time of the service.
