I thought that Mrs. DeLay was best described by, "Her devotion and enduring love for her family and friends is how she glorified God." She was a very special Lady. To the DeLay family I say, May you feel God's presence as He carries you through this difficult time. With Sympathy, Susan Wagner

One of things I love most about my husband Randy is his ability to never hold a grudge and forgive keeping no record of wrongs. It was hard for me to understand because I have never been that way. After getting to know Mamo I knew exactly who Randy had gotten these wonderful gifts from.
Mamo was a wonderful and amazing woman who instantly welcomed me into her family. She was kind, caring, and generous. She is an example to all.
She will be missed by all.

The obituary descibes Maxine so very well. She was always so warm, friendly and kind. I know she is safe in the arms of Jesus.
To the DeLay family, we send our condolences, especially to Randy and Drue and Randy II. Maxine was so kind and loving to Ashley, and such a great lady. She will be missed.

I remember Mrs. DeLay very fondly. My mother worked for Storm with Mr. DeLay. We would go over to visit them at their house- my brother Damon and I would ride the little train in the backyard, and Mrs. DeLay would give us these little red tart candies. She was a great lady and will be missed. My mother is Nancy Gerhardt, and she too is very saddened about the loss of such a great woman. The family is in our thoughts and prayers.
