Meagan Leigh Baker

I am just learning that this beautiful spirit has left this Earth. I am so saddened and heartbroken for her family. I met Meagan several times through Kacee. Each encounter was the same - a kind, bubbly, happy young woman that you instantly connected with. We enjoyed talking about shingle roof campground, a place that a dear friend of mine also cherishes. I don’t think this sweet girl ever met a stranger. I am blessed that I had the opportunity to meet her. Sending so much love and prayer to her family. A young life gone too soon. I know she will be terribly missed.

“I just want to say that Meagan was a friend and neighbor, a sister a beautiful mom, she loved our kids and she loved her husband Trae and she was a beautiful wife she so amazing to me and my family. I’m gonna really really miss her and she knows that I love her just like she loves me and she will always be in my heart And she will always be my Meagan Boo just like I’m her Tina boo that was us we made a sister bun and we was always with each other texting and calling FaceTime in each other. I keep looking at this obituary unsure of what to say. You were such a kind soul and I'm sad I had such a short time with you. Conner and I send all our love. I'll come have lunch with Coleman for you and I will cherish all of our memories together.

Meagan was apparently just like her mom who is my sweet friend and fellow Children’s Ministry teacher as well as our Church Secretary. Tim is a deacon at our church. When the Hatch family hurts, we hurt. They showed the true foundation of faith throughout this entire tragedy but new beginning for their daughter with our Heavenly Father. Meagan was obviously taught well. ❤

Her personality was infectious. Meagan was funny, confident, unapplogetic of who she was with the biggest heart. She had a way of always making you feel included. She was an amazing Mother and Wife to Trae and her amazing laugh and smile will be missed. May God hold Trae and their three young children in his hands during this difficult time.
