Meghan Nicole Brown

Meghan Nicole Brown, 36, of Oklahoma City, OK, passed away on July 13, 2025. Born on May 1, 1989, Meghan's vibrant spirit and boundless energy left a lasting impact on all who knew her. Meghan is survived by her daughter, Madeline Brown; her mother and stepfather, Deana and Phillip Johnson; her father, Tim Brown; her brother Sean Brown and his wife Emily; as well as her maternal grandparents, Joseph and Gayle Weyerbacher, and paternal grandparents, William and Sandy Brown. Her extended family includes numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and a wide circle of friends who were deeply touched by her kindness and spirited nature. Meghan was preceded in death by her son Maddox Brown and her brother Justin Brown.

How do you sum up the life of a free spirit? Meghan was a force of nature, a force to be reckoned with. She was the warm breeze that came in before the storm, and then she was the lightning. She was calm and chaos. She lived by her own rules, unimpressed with social norms, flying by the seat of her pants and letting her heart be her guide. Meghan was one with the earth, trees, water and sky. She was not bound by materialism or opinion of others. She had a rebel heart that could not be tamed. Meghan empowered her children to be fierce and stand up for their beliefs. She would move heaven and earth to be a loyal friend. Her life was beyond comprehension for those of us who loved her, frustrating at times, but truthfully, we just wished that we had the courage to live life with as much conviction and authenticity as she did.

Meghan leaves behind a legacy of warmth, laughter, and treasured memories.

Service will be held at Grace Place Baptist Church, located at 9300 S Anderson Rd, Oklahoma City, OK 73165 on Tuesday, July 22, 2025, at 2:00 and will be officiated by Pastor Robby Roberson.
