Melanie Brooke Haselhorst

Melanie Brooke Haselhorst, born on October 1, 1975, in Alexandria, Virginia, passed away on November 10, 2024, in Tempe, Arizona. Melanie was the beloved daughter of George Gleason and Shirley Whitehead. She was preceded in death by her brother Todd Gleason (Stacy Searfoss). She is fondly remembered by her brother Mark Gleason (Liz) and her nieces and nephews: Brittany Gleason, Addison Gleason, Trevor Gleason, and Cameron Haselhorst. Melanie also shared a close bond with her many aunts and uncles. She spent 15 cherished years of marriage with her devoted husband, Dan Haselhorst, who stood steadfastly by her side through life's joys and challenges.

Raised in Pinetop, Arizona, Melanie was known for her radiant smile and warm spirit. She had a deep love for her family and found great happiness in the companionship of her dogs. Her kindness and compassion left a lasting impression on all who had the privilege of knowing her.

Throughout her career, Melanie dedicated herself to helping others. She worked for several years in patient services at various hospitals and later as a teacher's aide for special needs children, roles that reflected her caring nature and commitment to making a difference.

Melanie's memory will forever be held dear by those whose lives she touched. May her legacy of love and kindness bring comfort to all who mourn her passing.
