She is missed

I love you my dear sweet friend I can't believe that this has happened. You are such an amazing beautiful soul. I literally just found out now I hadn't talked to you in a little bit we always had that kind of friendship that was amazing. We didn't have to talk to each other every single day to know how much we loved each other. May you rest in peace my dear dear most sweet friend

With shock and so much sadness I learned of Jyoti's death. We have lost such a kind, inspiring, talented, and generous soul. I pray she is at peace now and hope that she somehow knows how much she is treasured and missed. God Speed Jyoti, with love, Cynthia

Jyoti radiated beauty and positive change, she helped raise awareness and influenced people in a positive way. A true light will be void in our existence but will be seen elsewhere in another plain of existence. Jyoti will be truly missed.

Jyoti(Melanie) Graciously along with the other members of Dharma Sound regularily performed at our fund raising event The Healing Heart Fair. She was an incredible inspiration and beloved light to our community. She will be deeply missed.

I just wanted to say she was the light that brighten the darkness for so many. She was the kind spirit and her soul was so caring . She treated everyone with so much love, I feel so blessed to have had the honor to know her, I will never forget her nor the wonder she brought to all those who she let into her life. She was too perfect for this world. Be free, be happy and one day maybe our souls will meet again.

So many stories of all the people helped by Melanie as yoga instructor, kirtan leader (Dharma Sound), counselor, friend. Her bright light touched many lives and she is greatly missed.

Many years ago I was in a band with Melanie. She was a great vocalist. She did the best Janis Joplin I'd ever heard! My condolences to all her family.
